Question 1

How can I request a quotation?

Accepted Answer

Send each part number, the required quantity and your machine or truck details using the form, email or WhatsApp. You can include multiple part numbers and attachments in one enquiry.

Question 2

What if I do not know the part number?

Accepted Answer

Provide a description, the brand, model and machine serial number or truck chassis number. Photos of the part, its markings and the identification plate help us check the correct application.

Question 3

Do you supply genuine and aftermarket parts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can request genuine parts, identified OEM options, aftermarket alternatives or a comparison. The origin and manufacturer of the proposed parts are specified in the quotation.

Question 4

Which brands and equipment do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Our construction equipment focus is Volvo Construction Equipment, Caterpillar and Komatsu. For trucks, enquire about Volvo, IVECO, MAN and Mercedes-Benz. Supply is assessed by part number and application.

Question 5

What is the delivery time?

Accepted Answer

Lead times depend on the part, supplier availability and destination. We specify the estimated lead time in the quotation and confirm the terms before proceeding. For urgent enquiries, include your required date.

Question 6

Is shipping included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Shipping costs and delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation. Include the country, town and postal code so we can check transport appropriate to the order’s weight and volume.

Question 7

Do you ship outside Portugal?

Accepted Answer

Enquire about international supply. Shipping options, transport and required documentation are checked for each destination.

Question 8

How are payment and orders confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Payment and supply terms are set out in the quotation or proforma invoice. An enquiry is not an order; confirmation follows approval of the quotation and fulfilment of the agreed terms.

Question 9

Can you confirm compatibility from the model alone?

Accepted Answer

The model is a starting point, but may not be sufficient. The serial or chassis number, part number and equipment configuration help distinguish components that vary between versions.

Question 10

How do I follow up an enquiry sent through the website?

Accepted Answer

After saving your enquiry, the website displays a request reference. Keep it and include it in email or WhatsApp messages to add information or follow up your quotation.

Everything starts with clear information.
